Hello george,
I would recommend removing Malwarebytes and leaving only Bitdefender Total Security as real-time protection (the two together will conflict), I also recommend add Norton Power Eraser or Zemana Anti-Malware (or both) for on-demand scanners (y)

i only open Malwarebytes to make a scan once at 3 weeks then i close it and disable the option start with Windows and i disable Malwarebytes protection module to prevent a conflict with bitdefender, thanks

That's be fine. I used to do the same thing when I had Bitdefender and Malwarebytes. It'd be same as free that way but I had license so kept it like that lol.
Consider adding system image backup like suggested above. Thanks for sharing your config! :)

You put in real-time protection, so I talked about removing it so as not to conflict, but if you say use only for on-demand scanners, then everything ok (y)
