Quick Google search shows they are Windows / Nvidia files.

Does turning down the Heuristics to prevent this from happening?

I'd run a scan with Malwarebytes and Hitman Pro to see if they are malicious. Some do look like nvidia, though.

I left my PC on all night and Baidu deleted them.:mad::mad::mad::mad:
My PC hasn't exploded though. And before i went to bed, i created a restore point, so if anything does go wrong i can just use that!

If other AV's you've installed before does not detected with your NVIDIA driver then its could be an FP rates as long the directory is legitimate then exclusion it.

Deleted or Quarantined? You could always restore the files if it was Quarantined.

Update: They were nvidia files and the files they deleted, stopped direct x from running. I have restored my PC though and deleted it, so all is good!
