You should follow what @safe1st and @frogboy said, you stated that your last malware infection was less than one month ago, so you should add Zemana Anti-Logger and Malwarebytes Anti-Exploit in real-time:

Use a VM if you play with malware.

Definitely a VM for playing with malware samples.
Consider a couple additional on demand scanners.
Some type of system back up solution.
