Google Chrome 35.0.1916.114 Stable Realesed

The Chrome Team is excited to announce the promotion of Chrome 35 to the Stable channel for Windows, Mac, and Linux. Chrome 35.0.1916.114 contains a number of fixes and improvements, including:

• More developer control over touch input
• New JavaScript features
• Unprefixed Shadow DOM
• A number of new apps/extension APIs
• Lots of under the hood changes for stability and performance

That's good news then.

To correct myself, if Chrome hasn't been updated it only appears after x days.

Normally updates happen in the background when you close and reopen your browser. However, if you haven't closed your browser in a while you might see the Chrome menu on the browser change colour to green

, orange

or red

. If you see green that means an update has been available for 2 days, orange – 4 days and red – 7 or more days.

Mine normally shows orange when it wants to add a extension.
