I'm running VPN, I also opened chrome incognito to an empty (blank) url & according to sysinternals tcpview chrome opened 14 TCP connections port 443 to: 5 to google (to at least 3 different ip) 6 to 1.amazonaws.com (2 ip) 2 to microsoft cheyenne wo (1 ip) 1 to n/a verizon (1ip) what's going on with all these connections? do I need wireshark to capture what's going out?? IP info is from spiceworks. ps I do have an iphone on verizon, but was not using it when chrome opened verizon related connection, don't know how or if related. [/QUOTE]
