These are the standard e-mails with "X wants to add it to your friends on Facebook," and information about a potential friendship between two people, anything else can not be deduced from them. But are you sure? These messages also contain links with automatically logon to Facebook on account of the recipient.
Aside from that, how could anyone allow their content to be indexed private e-mail system by Google, it unfortunately must Facebook point out that constructing their messages ("called notifications") isn't too safe.
Tokens used in the link aren't disposable.
By using automatic logon links you can logon to account for some time.
Some links don't logon to account, but enter the e-mail address to Facebook logon form.
How to search Facebook notifications?

Type in Google
site:facebook.com bcode n_m mid
or
“wants to be friends” “facebook” “If you don’t want to receive” site:blogspot.com

Google removed most of links and Facebook temporary disabled autologon.

Someone on the inside is trying to damage Facebook, not that I blame them.

I was recently thinking FB has become too public and a privacy risk for everyone.
