Well, I searched this--because at first I thought it looked like a legit AT&T notice, and after reading some stuff on it, it seems it may be quite legit. It looks like my AT&T cell phone acct. home page. But we know things like this can be hijacked to phish. But...is the below applicable in any way?


Seems legit, imo. But I would call customer service using a verified phone number from a piece of mailed correspondence preferably. No online stuff to be safe.

Well, it doesn't address OP by name, which is always suspicious in my book, but I agree that he should contact ATT directly, using info from other correspondence as you suggest.

In any case, I would NOT click on that link in pop-up.

Posting pictures of the alert is not good enough. It means nothing! We can't tell if it's legit or phishing attempt. You need to post a picture of the link it asks you to go to. Either hover above the link to show full URL or copy it and paste here. That's the only way we can help you!
