There is significant overlap between uBlock Origin and Ghostery; the extra overhead is not desirable. As a general recommendation, switch your search engine to something more private such as DuckDuckGo or secure it with DIsconnect Search. Overall, it's a really good setup for light browsing.

Ah yes good point, I have actually disabled Ghostery's adblocking capabilities and just used it to block trackers
