I would recommend blocking js on all HTTP websites as well.
If a user continues after the HTTPS block, the browser ensures minimal protection in case of problems.

These Chromium Command Line Switches harden Chrome's sandbox:

I also remove all Insecure Cipher Suites, insert an image with Firefox, but it's the same in Chrome too:
