Not sure what you meant by "Windows Firewall not that good", because Windows Firewall is one of the best firewalls. If you want more control on your traffic then, and only then, consider using a third-party firewall.

Also I wouldn't recommend using Wise Care 365. If you need something to clean up your machine then CCleaner is your best bet.

What i mean when i said Windows firewall not that good....Comparing to Zone alarm..Its just an opinion xD(maybe not correct)
And i already use Ccleaner...Ty for your Advice by the way

Since you mention downloading malware samples, its a recommended stage to obtain an isolated environment like another computer or install a virtual machine like Virtualbox. As much as possible its a dangerous part to test in a real system.

Anyway all of your configuration are tightly covered.
