Hi, thanks for your welcome replies.
I was pretty lucky. To get rid of System Care Antivirus, I just apply the first steps of a plan I have seen on MalwareTips :
-boot and start in safe mode with networking
-create a new administrator account
-restore from a previous restoration point
-at the end of the process, it automatically reboots and this was enough !

Starting in safe mode with networking, creating a new administrator account, restoring from a previous restoration point ending with a reboot was enough to get rid of my System Care Antivirus thread.
