I bet MT can be your another resident on the internet, please enjoy your stay and ask whatever you want, however I'd suggest to replace MSE with another free Av, like Avast..one of my favorite
But of course if you already feel confident with your current config, then there is no need to switch, one thing which is the most important though, the best way to avoid your PC from being infected is just to avoid dangerous place (dodgy site, downloading files from unknown source) at the first place
