Hello!Here looking for help for my mum

Hello,what a lovely forum of people helping people. I am here desperately trying to help my mum remove a virus from her PC. She is running windows 8 a platform I am not good with yet so far discovered she has a deals virus in syswow and pup virus and at 70 so naive bless her, when it comes to browsing and sites and dangers. Hoping for help and did find some wonderful threads on the topic of removal of these. Hoping for help!Ahhh the things daughters do at nearly 4am in the morning with a panic stricken mother in Australia. Will post in the morning but really has made me smile before sleeping to have found such an informative and fantastic forum. Fingers crossed for when I post, glad to be a member!
