Hello my daughter got the oneetx virus.

My daughter got this virus and i am struggling to remove it. We have bitdefender but wont get rid of it.
Her chrome browser says its linked to a organization. Which i am assuming is part of this.

I would hate to have to completely format and wipe her computer.
If i can get some help that would be great.

Download the Farbar Recovery Scan Tool (FRST).
Choose the 32 or 64 bit version for your system. and save it to a folder on your computer%27s Desktop. Ensure that you are in an Administrator Account Double-click to run it.
