Hello, I have just signed up today as I am trying to help an elderly friend remove eFix Pro that has infected his machine. i have tried all sorts to get rid of it without success. I have used Adaware, Malwarebytes, Super anti spyware I have uninstalled his Firefox browser anfd internet explorer and installed fresh copies and I have searched his registry for mentions of it but without success. I am doing it remotely through team viewer so I was wondering if I can be helped to help him. Thanks Trevor
