I own a Cartridge World store and I'm looking to add PC bug removal to our list of services. We have a lot of experience troubleshooting printers and printing problems and I hope that skill can transfer into helping our customers recover from malware problems. I would appreciate any help this forum can offer in how to get started and resources I could access. I look forward to participating!!
