HELP! Post File Recovery, disk read error

Help!! Our IT guy bailed on us and I'm trying to fix boss's computer after File Recovery virus. I was following removal process from this site, got through Step 5 (HitmanPro). After reboot, screen says Disk Read Error, hit Ctrl Alt Del....does nothing! Did a hard reboot...same screen.

Help me ObiWan...you're my only hope!!
