Having trouble removing this virus. I followed the instructions from previous threads with the exception of Hitmanpro 3.6 which I can't get to run. I double click on the downloaded file, Windows asks if I want to allow it to make changes, I say yes, and then nothing happens. I see the Hitman icon in the system tray, but if I try to mouse over it, it disappears. I ran the rest of the programs anyway, but I'm still getting redirects. Any instructions that don't involve Hitmanpro or any idea why it won't run? I tried redownloading and restarting, but I still have the same issue. I included the combofix log file. Any help would be appreciated, thanks.

STEP 1: Run a scan with Kaspersky TDSSKiller

<li>If <em>Malicious objects</em> are detected, they will show in the Scan results. TDSSKiller automatically selects an action (Cure or Delete) for malicious objects
Make sure that <>Cure</> is selected. <>VERY IMPORTANT!</> - If <em>Cure</em> is not available, please choose <>Skip</> instead. DO NOT choose Delete unless instructed to do so.</li>

<li>Click <>Continue</> to apply selected actions.</li>
<li>A reboot may be required to complete disinfection. A window like the below will appear:
