Herdprotect (can I restore from quarantine)

Just need to know if by any chance I remove something by mistake will I be able to get it back... I just saw a file that I removed and its Okay I don't want to recover but the software says that I can't recover the file at this time.... So now I wonder will I able to recover it in the future?
