Hi, Can't delete Nextcoeup and Pricechop, help please!

Hello!
I can't ddelete Nextcoeup and Pricechop from Chrome (Win 7 64 bit). I tried Clint Eastwood's suggested procedure (first and second steps), but the final log file never appeared at the end of the second procedure; the window is displaying"Create Backups". No further messages displaying since 7 pm last night.
I have another problem, possibly related : all applications automatically and without warniing scroll to the bottom of the page (Excel, Word, Thunderbird, browser pages). Very annoying. I have an optical mouse ; cleaned it, but this did not help.

Update. I deleted Norton 360 when I was performing the Zoek scan (wasn't able to disable it, is that part of the infection?) and now can't find the disk so have nstalled AVAST and performed detailed scan. AVS detected 8 infected files which have been quarantined, including ZOEK! What's up with that?? Thanks!
