(HackTool) AutoKMS is a famous tool to crack/bypass MS Office check, but most of its copies available online are infected.
If there is an error trying to remove it, chances are that the file is already removed/quarantined by any of your scanners you tried.
Could you locate the detected file? If yes (try to locate it via logs or the AV UI or Windows Security Center), if it is a file in some user folder (and not a registry entry etc.), directly delete it. If you can't, scan the folder where the file is located with Zemana and HitmanPro.
Still doubtful? perform scans with Norton Power Eraser (be careful, it may also show safe but unidentified files) / MBAM / Dr.Web CureIt.
