Advice Request HMP.A Licensing

HMP.A does not seem to have a policy of allowing users to migrate a license from a PC / laptop that is being decommissioned to a new PC / laptop.
I have 3 pc license and one of these is no longer in use.
However i am unable to migrate it's license to a new PC i have bought.
Seems a real shame considering the license is still good for a couple more years.

I did contact support a couple weeks ago but they did not even have the courtesy to respond.
I find their product to be good but their support staff seems to think all customers are potential pirates.

With support you have to stay on top of it until it gets sorted out. Unfortunately, this is a general "fact of life" of technical support.

You could post your issue over at Wilders on the HMP.A support thread.
