Apparently, Microsoft will offer users the possibility to stick with the older Hotmail interface should they want that, at least for a while. However, Newmail will take over in the end.

The Metro style looks clean and excellent but it appears to be dumbed down, I'll give it a test run once this change happens. I've been a long term Gmail user since I can remember and love all the advanced options Gmail offers with organizing the Inbox. Hoping this "Newmail" offers similar if not better features.

I like the look of Metro. Like MrXidus said it's nice and clean to look at and use. Would be great if they brought this out. The interface is a lot better then Yahoo.
