How Anonymous tricked the public into DDoSing US govt and other sites?

Attackers posted links on twitter that points to a pastehtml page. The pastehtml page has the Javascript version of LOIC tool. Once you visit the page, your PC will be used in DDoS attack. So long as you’re on the page, your PC will continue to attack the selected target site.
