hello
It's subjective but i wouldn't choose that
Avast is falling in quite all test and online armor is quite heavy and not an easy product. Window firewall can be more than enough alongside a good antivirus; but it depends your needs and tastes^^
for privacy; ccleaner and privazer are enough for me.
MBAE is not a need in my opinion is you have already a good resident product.
For scan tool, MBAM free yes; i would add hitmanpro rather than emisoft but just a personal opinion^^

I think your protection is good and I think your security combo could potentially be very powerful - however it would depend on your configuration settings for each individual software (AV, AM, FW etc).

Avast free, I have found to be quite decent. I have used it myself in the past over the years, and during my time using it I can honestly say I was not infected, and it did block some detections. However, I cannot classify whether they were false positives or not. Then again, I was probably never infected whilst using it because I only used it for about 2 months, and I didn't really download anything in that time. I did find the Avast web protection working well last time I checked.

The protection offered by Emsisoft Anti-Malware is incredible. In my opinion, I would be happy to use just Emsisoft Anti-Malware on my system, without the need for Avast. In fact, I don't think Avast is really needed as long as Emsisoft AM is kept open like you would keep Avast open and active, protecting your system. I would say Emsisoft is better than Avast on all levels - except the surf protection it provides, which I have found generate many false positives in the past, sadly - including the real-time protection module, the behavioural shield... Emsisoft Anti-Malware also includes the award winning Bitdefender engine, which improves it's detection rate (and sadly, false positives as well) by far for catching out new zero-day threats. :D

For your firewall, I would say Online Armor is fine to use. Many other people use Online Armor at ease everyday on they're system. However, are you aware of the new Emsisoft Internet Security? I recommend you look into it - it is Emsisoft Anti-Malware and the new firewall protection in one, of course. You can read the blog post for more information about it's new features here: http://blog.emsisoft.com/2014/09/08/new-emsisoft-internet-security/ It was released back in September.

CCleaner is a nice, good tool to use. I haven't tried east tec eraser or privazer so I cannot provide any information about those.

Stay protected! :)
Cheers.

Emsisoft anti-malware or Emsisoft emergency kit?
If you have EAM installed, why would you use avast for real-time protection?

He meant EAM.
As for the Avast thing, I agree with you. I think Avast is unnecessary considering Emsisoft has real-time protection (which most likely has better signatures, as they use Bitdefender signatures as well, and the online reviews has shown it's effective). However, at the same time of course it's up to him... But his/her system would be a lot lighter without Avast, and better with just EAM, Online Armor and so on... On that note, even better with just the new EIS (new firewall protection) over EAM and the old OA protection.

It's possible he got mixed up into thinking Emsisoft was more like MBAM than a fully functional Antivirus (because they call it "Anti-malware", instead of "Anti-virus" and usually people recommend a "Anti-malware" product like MBAM alongside a "Anti-virus" product. However judging my experience with Emsisoft, Emsisoft is far more superior than Avast and many other Anti-virus solutions (including Bitdefender (considering they use they're own engine as well and have one of the best behaviour blockers in the market) and ESET) *in my opinion*...

dragonx, each of your tools, AV, Firewall, antimalware, and Anti-exploit, (imho) have individually earned well deserved reputations.
I've often heard good things of Privazer, have high praise for CCleaner (portable) from personal experience, and just learned of "east tec eraser 2014" from your post.:p
I've Avast! installed, but opted to continue using Windows Firewall, though I've heard good things (mostly) about Online Armor.
Your protection is very good!!:)
For those times you travel unfamiliar and dubious sites, I would suggest Sandboxie Free www.sandboxie.com or Toolwiz Time Freeze http://www.softpedia.com/get/System/System-Miscellaneous/Toolwiz-Time-Freeze.shtml ...just in case!;) :D
