1. Right Click on the desktop Click Personalize
2. Click on Change Desktop Icon
3. Select the Recycle Bin than click on Change Icon
4. Chose any custom icon Click OK

Or, if you have an icon set that has an automatic installer that will do that for you. :)

Nice guide none the less. :)

Was meaning you can download Windows Icon Sets, off deviantART and the person who either made the icons or who put them together can make it that instead of changing every Windows Icon by hand this installer/bat file will do it all for you. :)
