Hello! My sister has purchased Avast Premium Security from an online store but I could not figure out how to link the key to her online account. Should the key be purchased from Avast to be linked to Avast account? Thank you

Yes the key was activated successfully but the code was not linked to the Avast account.

The key was purchased from an online store not Avast store. They only sent the key via email.

I guess you cannot add it manually. The Avast account will have your subscription only when you purchase it directly from them.
