Sorry I am new to foruming and all.
When I select "Image" option it's asking for URL.

You can attach it using 'Upload a File' button or send it to imgur.com.

Great. Thank you. The upload a file option is only coming when I select "More Option."

You can use that or upload an image to a site such as tiny pic. Copy the direct link URL. Then select the image button in the text editor(between smiley & video) and paste that URL in the image URL box then click insert
