How to share libraries within Administrator and Local User accounts?

Well i was finding answers for this , i just wanted to know if there is any way to share the administrator library stuffs like Pictures and Videos with different user on a PC so that we can prevent them asking us for our account password. Still didnt get any sort of answers , can any one help?

Can't you do it by putting it into a shared folder which is accessible to anyone on the computer?

Try moving the files to the Public folder?
