Advice Request How to unlock encrypted flashdrive

I was testing out the encrypted feature and I encrypted my flashdrive but when i try to open the folder that is encrypted I get this error Screenshot.
I want to know how to add or remove files to the flashdrive and decrypt the flashdrive. Also would Eset be a good choice for encrypting files?

I can't help you with the current situation, but why not use VeraCrypt instead of Eset?

Check the permissions in the properties of the encrypted folder. Security tab. Is the account you are using allowed full control?
