After frantic scrubbing, the hapless chap realised he'd used a paint reserved for ballistic missiles and nuclear submarines

Interesting Paint. Do they mix well with other colours? If so, they might consider using it to paint the roads since the yellow white etc that is usually painted disappears not long after!
