[QUOTE="bazang, post: 1119370, member: 114717"] It is very difficult to figure out what is happening in your system. It seems to me that your internet is being throttled. Do you have unlimited network/ISP plan or is it metered? Do you use router or satellite internet? Even with an i3 CPU you should be able to open 50 or more browser tabs. Anything is possible. It could even be a hardware issue - not necessarily your PC. It could be a modem, the router, shared network line. Is your PC the only system connected to the network or are there other devices using the network? Perhaps you can draw basic, high-level network map and share? Example. It is a process of elimination. The router, a modem (if using phone line internet), a switch (virtually all consumer routers are combined with a switch within the same the plastic housing), bad wires (interference), etc. You do not have to reveal where exactly you reside, but it is helpful to know where in the world you are connected to the internet. For example, in Vietnam it is typical for there to be an overload of connections to a single network ingress point. This affects the quality of service for everyone in the vicinity.
