Advice Request I downloaded RYUK. How do I unleash it?

I have a VM where I downloaded RYUK. I have 7-zip and PowerIso. I want to unleash it with different group policies set and observe. I have the bin file. How do I infect my VM / unleash the malware?

Try renaming the file to .exe and running it
