Solved I think I might be infected

I think I might be infected. Periodically, the icons in the activity area of the taskbar look like they are rippling. I am using Malwarebytes (Premium) Program Version 3.7.1 and Norton Security. I attached a screenshot of my Windows basic information. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I ran a Visual C++ Redist Installer and that seems to have corrected my problem.
