This is a solid config! (and a very nice PC too! )

One note though: Since most of the times it's not enough to simply backup individual files/folders (e.g. to an external HDD or an online cloud storage service like Google Drive), I recommend that you try free system imaging software like Macrium Reflect Free or AOMEI Backupper Standard and use them to create at least one clean, full system backup image which allows you to restore your system to its exact state, as it was when you created that backup image.
The whole restore process takes only about 10-20 minutes to complete.

Other than that, you're good to go!

Fine configuration there, you may tweak the overall features of Avast from Sandbox up to Hardened mode which already contains a plan B situation when bypass.

One thing to consider to change to a more effective adblocker like Ublock or Adguard extension.

Other than a system back up solution there is really nothing to suggest.
