One problem I found with Immunet - it is easily disabled by malware. Otherwise, it's OK with the Bitdefender engine turned on.

This announcement is to provide notification that we have begun the end-of-life process for Immunet Plus. While this announcement marks the end of Immunet Plus, Cisco is committed to a community-based approach to advanced malware protection for both home and personal use. As proof of this commitment, Immunet Free will continue to be available for consumer use.

Immunet Free includes real-time online protection through the Immunet Cloud including detection and removal of bots, viruses, worm, trojans, keyloggers and spyware. There will not be a replacement paid product for Immunet Plus; however, development and support of Immunet Free will continue and expanded in the coming months.

Following are some key dates in the end-of-life plan:
End-of-life announcement
End-of-life notification is distributed through email to customers and posted on immunet.com.

June 10, 2014
End-of-life and end of support
The last day to request Immunet Plus technical support and last day of Immunet Plus product updates.
Expiration of existing Immunet Plus license term, no later than June 10, 2016

End-of-Life FAQ

Just to say it once more, if you are still having issues please contact support@immunet.com.

Additionally, the 'new' features were not features at all, but bugs with the User Interface.

And, to answer loskamita's question about putting BitDefender in Immunet Free, the answer is that it is still on the table and we haven't made a decision one way or another in that respect. We will improve Immunet Free in the future, but this may or may not include current Plus Features (in addition to some entirely new aspects).
