If you are a user of windows and likes to use it with admin account, then for added security you can password protect admin privileges by doing the following...

Regedit> HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE> Software > Microsoft> windows> Current version> Policies> System>
then Click on "ConsentPromtBehaviorAdmin" change value from 5 to 1.
