Interesting android malwares

Hi all,

has anyone a suggestion of the most interesting android malwares? (somethings like zeus but on android).

I'm searching for 2 or 3 malware sample to analyze for a PhD thesis.

Definitely the most interesting one I know is the Obad family, the amount of obfuscation and functions in it are just amazing. Not to mention its use of exploits. Another one you want to look at may be Finspy mobile, the commercial malware sold to governments.
