For your question: Do you mean most dangerous for companies or simple person? For companies is it of course ILOVEYOU because Microsoft and Yahoo must closed their email servers. For simple person is very dangerous Slammer because infect other computers on network and little destroy computer.

To answer your question historically ILOVEYOU is really a big bang for a threat in a world landscape as it causes lots of trouble on the times when technology is not yet fully emerge.

Secondly Stuxnet which primarily targets on such nuclear facilities and other crucial operations, there are consists of many conspiracy theory about its background.

Lastly Conficker, which widely spread all over the country and easily to get a prevalence of threat by USB's.

ILoveYou was ugly mofo, it was bad. As already said, Stuxnet is purely espionage related. It was never meant to really have a financial benefit, it was simply to interrupt Iranian progress in nuclear development (a few other nations as well, but its main target was Iran).
