Intrusion attempts

Hi
I have Norton 360 and I am getting notifications regularly alerting me that " an attack from Web Attack: Unwanted Browser Notification Website 30" was blocked.
When I click to see the details, it tells me that an intrusion attempt by [ip] was blocked. The attacker URL is pgtkn.atthewon.buzz.
Should I be concerned if these threats are being blocked?
Is there anything I can do to stop these intrusion attempts?

I never want to receive notifications from Norton... especially the notifications that Norton 360 is doing something in the background since it says my computer is idle, which it often is not. I DON'T CARE WHAT IT IS DOING IN THE BACKGROUND!!!!! I cannot find any way to turn notifications off...

Download the Farbar Recovery Scan Tool (FRST).
Choose the 32 or 64 bit version for your system.
and save it to a folder on your computer's Desktop.
Ensure that you are in an Administrator Account
Double-click to run it. When the tool opens click Yes to disclaimer.
Check the boxes as seen here:

Press Scan button.
It will make a log (FRST.txt) in the same directory the tool is run. Please copy and Attach it to your reply.
The first time the tool is run, it makes also another log (Addition.txt). Please attach it to your reply.

Please attach the logs for my review.

The Farbar program is updated often.
If it's identified as suspicious by your Anti-Virus program trust it if Downloaded from the link I provided.
