Is Anti-Virus4U Geo-Locked?

Hi,

I see some great deals form MalwareTips' friends at antivirus4u, so what I'd like to ask is, is their business locked to the US, or can we from Europe purchase normally from their site. I'm asking as a precaution, as it seems they don't give refunds, so better safe than sorry.

If they were to be Geo-Locked you would not have the option of buying there, but
they just promote and are licensed retailers, the question is weather or not you can get a refund from the publisher
of the software, not from AV4U, as they don't publish AV products. Most if not all AV Publishers
have rules and laws that are in-line with current EU laws reguarding purchases. Check with the
company who's product you are interested in. AV4U would have nothing to do with that.

This is their warranty policy, and at the end they state that some states do not premit limitations. The same would apply to you depending on what the laws governing purchases
are there in the EU.

And how long does it *usually* take to receive the license via e-mail, as it's been two hours and I still haven't received mine...I know it says 24hours, but so it does on every single site I purchased anything home, but they have an automated license creation and distribution, but still no mail from them...

Takes 3 to 5min
Your card may have been declined if you still have not received a key code.
You would have received a comfirmation of purchase as well. If you have neither
the purchase for whatever reason may have failed.
I only buy directly from the publisher when I buy online, so I have not had these issues.
I would start a ticket ASAP. to inquire about the "status" of the purchase.
I would imagine they do hundreds if not thousands of transactions a day so don't
panic too early

Sure, just be polite and ask weather or not they can see that it was successful and track its
progress for you, that may even result in you getting the key bumped through quicker.

I have ordered from Anti-Virus4U a couple times and it has been great.
So this is how it works when you order from them:

Someone from Anti-Virus4U will call the phone number you provided during the purchase to confirm that you are the person that ordered the product. So, for example.. "Hi, this is Andrew from Anti-Virus4U. Is your name Y and did you order X product 30 minutes ago? You did? OK. I will send you the key to your email."
