Did you try VPN? If that doesn't fix it, then the issue is something local on your device like maybe corrupted browser cache, cookies etc.Thanks, possibly it is unavailable only in France ?

i got the same Error (An error occurred while processing your request. Reference #102.9d4bdd58.1676915962.5999c1)
with Firefox. But with Edge and Brave the Site open without troubbel. I use on both the same addons.

I had the same problem. It was caused by NextDNS and few websites had to be whitelisted.
Edit: now it seems to not be working again with the same problem. I turned NextDNS off and we’ll see in few minutes.
