What is CIS Essentials | Link

Can Internet Security Essentials by Comodo be downloaded and installed as a standalone module? And would it work or not, if available?

I dont think its available standalone module But you can install CCAV & ISE gets installed & then you can uninstall CCAV. Programs/Features have separate uninstall for both.

It will work or not, dont know?
You can try software like Adguard Desktop that install & use their own cert to filter HTTPS/SSL websites And ISE should warn you on browsing or browser run...I use to get warning popup from ISE.
