Advice Request Is there any reliable way to disable Antimalware Service Executable completely to freed more RAM?

Some national-scale educational assessments in my country are done using laptop/PC.

In our school, we have a 6-year old laptop running on Windows 10 that only has 2 GB of RAM & Celeron 2.4 GHz CPU. Its RAM usage is always more than 70% due to Antimalware Service Executable process running in it. This causes very noticeable slowdown.

Is there any reliable method to disable Antimalware Service Executable to freed more RAM?

We do not care about the security risk it poses because we will only use it for offline learning activity. In case we find malware infection or strange activity, we will reinstall the OS effortlessly because there is no important files in it.
We only use it for MS Office and exam browser.
