hello james, nice to meet you, I recommend to you add some other programs like: Ccleaner, httpseverywhere, make a backup it's always important.
If you want, you can use sandboxie to make your browser more secured. and just add other browser as Firefox...
nice config. :)

Extensions for your browser,
HTTPS Everywhere, (to make connections encrypted & secure)
uBlock (to block ads in your browser while surfing)
Your software looks good, thanks for sharing

Pretty fine configuration there, you may add one on demand scanner like Hitman Pro or Zemana AM.

Its an optional to activate HIPS since it will give you lots of user interaction pop ups for applying which not incided in the ruleset.
