@JohnWang: I tagger temporally Your config as Caution, since no image system backup solution in Your system.

Please consider to add Macrium Reflect or AOEMI Backupper, both are free and reliable products

As on demands scanner You can also add: ZAM Free, Norton Power Eraser and EmsiSoft Emergency Kit.

Please edit You config (Thread Tools -> Edit Thread) with any further changes and announce them here.

Implement some type of system backup solution and consider backing up important data to an external drive also.
Real time protection is not an on demand scanner.Consider adding an on demand scanner(s).
Edit your config to reflect the proper OS security updates as you are on Windows 7 not 10.
Apart from the lack of a system backup you have a secure config!
