JSTorrent is a BitTorrent client for Google Chrome that downloads torrent files with ease. A small release today (version 2.4.3) that addresses some small bugs, but also adds a new option (number of active torrents), which you can find in the settings. Any additional torrents will be "queued" and downloaded after other torrents finish.
