It is advised to take all reviews with a grain of salt. In extreme cases some reviews use dramatization for entertainment purposes.

It would be interesting to know which version of KAV2016 did You test: 2016MR 16.0.0.614 or 2016MR1 16.0.1.445.

Also, We only can guess that You are using default settings, because no settings info are shown.

About % total detection, as it was said in this forum/section before in a different test of Kaspersky, deletion is not set by default, so I would change:

Settings -> Scan -> Advanced Settings -> Selective Scan Settings -> Action on Threat detection -> Delete

And as a suggestion, also it would be interesting to enable (disabled by default):

Settings -> Additional -> Threats & Exclusions -> Detect Other software that can be used by criminals to damage Your computer or personal data

So, this way, the % of detection/deletion will be more accurate :)

Nice test! :)

I was using the default settings.
As for the suggestion that you gave, i can say that what benefit is there to do whatever you said as these software are mostly bought and used by people who are general users that don't even try to modify the settings.
By the way thanks for the suggestion.
Greetings!
