Kaspersky Total Security has blocked my vbs wrapper script that launches my powershell script as a hidden process. Both of them are not malicious as they run on my own machine. It's basically a scheduled task
but I don't want the powershell console popping up even for 1-2 seconds as it's super annoying to me. This wrapper would work perfetcly but ever time Kasperksy terminates the powershell script as "malware".
I've tried adding it to exclusions to no avail

You can try to add the entire folder where the scripts are located to Kaspersky's Trusted Zone. To do this, go to Settings > Additional > Threats and Exclusions > Specify trusted applications > Add > Browse to the folder > Check all boxes > Add. If this doesn't work, you may need to contact Kaspersky support for further assistance.

So, it is detected as malware? Can you provide the full details of the detection and a capture of the exclusion?
Actually I have since "solved" the issue. My new issue is that I can't seem to add the UNC path of the application (vbs script, same script) in the "Excluded applications". It only allows the path with a mapped drive letter. Can you please help me solve this? I must use the UNC path as often the drive letter associations change on my systems

Do You mean: \\<servername or pcname>\folder ?

Nevermind, I just realized that I shouldn't have put quotation marks at the beginning and end, like so "//" and "(end of path)". Without the quotation marks, it works perfectly for the UNC. Thanks
