Go to their kaspersky forum and asked from the representative on dealing the license issue from a promo.

Kaspersky will not activate licenses from different regions anymore, so if you have a license from anywhere other than India it wont work even if you contact Kaspersky.

Read through this Wilders thread especially page 2.

If you use SecurityKISS with an IP from the United Kingdom, the activation works.
